Here's an interesting twist to ebay. Instead of telling you something is wrong, it makes you think someone has access your account.But, it's sent to 'undisclosed recipients' and there's no greeting by name, so it's a fraud. The target URL is http://lvps80-86-92-154.webperoni.de/include/template/templates_c/ws/eBayISAPI_dllSignIn_co_partnerId_2/ - yest another German (???) site being used.
Again, the site looks unconnected to phishing, so it could be another one has been hacked.
Don't use the link, if you are in any way worried type in the URL for yourself and check your account manually. And to protect yourself from phishing, install a phishing protected browser, such as Firefox (free download - use the link on the top right).
